Tokimeki Memorial ~Long Distance Love~ - 25 (Finale)

Need I say more?


Well that was an unexpected ending…as in I didn’t expect them to have a long distance relationship. Oh well they’d probably break up in like 3 months anyway. Mina and Tsukasa both got rejected but on the upside Tsukasa got to be the Volleyball team captain. Mina..well she got the short end of the stick. It seems Sakurai really DID like Sayuri but gave up his feelings because she had the hots for Riku. Also Sayuri spills the beans on ALL her faults that all you guys have been complaining in the series, so hey at least she’s no longer in denial. Oh and for the fans they had Yakuza-chick kick everyone’s ass, another one of Riku’s marathons and lots of guns and crap provided by Onee-san.

Final Thoughts: What the hell did I just sit through the last 25 weeks?

   i know this is a stupid question, but ok they ended up together (Riku x Sayuri) did he stay or go? and how did it happen at least at the least they did hug right???? somebody answer this for me… and no need to say it’s a stupid question I already know, but can’t understand what he wrote up there!!!

   cangri> He went off to his new school and they communicated via cell phone. They didn’t hug or kiss or I’d prolly have screencapped it lol.

   Loved this show, even with all its faults. Was it just my imagination or was that school Aoba transferred to, the school used in the Tokimeki Memorial OVAs?

   I also have a feeling that there just might be a OVA to this or something…Meh, hopefully, fansubs will be faster then…………..

   the same school in Tokimeki Memorial OVA? that why maybe the ending quite similar to the OVA minus the transferred.

   I was curious, so I went and watched the raw…. bleh… I’d rather have a Tokimeki Memorial ~Only Love~ XRATED….

    On the school Aoba transferred to, yea it’s pretty much hinted that it’s the school the original series is based on. You even see a few back headshots of some of the characters from the original.

    On any additional episodes, who knows. If anything, I would guess a 26th episode with the final release of the DVDs. *shrugs*

    I don’t think it was your imagination, sorael. That school looked hella like Kirameki, and one of the girls (from the back, anyway) looked a lot like Saki Nijino did. Hey, maybe Riku and Naoto can meet up and talk about what a bitch love can be…

    This was a show that started off as win, but after those first three episodes, it became generic and boring.
    It’s kinda sad; a good game, character designs, and concept (at least for harem), brought down by a terrible script and one of the worst and whiniest voices ever given to a harem lead.

    Well I finally watched it myself. Overall I’m satisfied that things went pretty good between Riku and Sayuri.

    As for Aoba’s new school, it looks indeed like Kirameki High from the first game and the OVA.

    Sailor Enlil> In the end credits, did Sayuri said a similar dialog that Shiori did in the end credits of the OVA version?

    I don’t think so. What Shiori said at the end of the OVA was her love confession (same as in the game if you win her), which was more in line with what Sayuri said at that moment Riku and Sayuri met at the tree before he actually moved away. Sayuri definitely said something different in the ending credits of ep 25 - something about important/special moments (she kept saying “setsuna” a lot of times, something I only heared once or twice from Shiori’s confession), and I think is more similar to Shiori’s monologue at the beginning of the OVA (where she talks about the Legendary Tree).
