Naruto -Shippuuden- 225
So this
week Gaara is still fighting Deidara and it progressed to him finally blowing Deidara’s arm off. I coulda sworn in the manga he blew both arms off. Will have to check that later. The highlight of the week for me was when they finally showed the scene of Naruto asking Sakura to go on a date and her agreeing only if he pays. I also liked what the anime team added when he was like “but what if you pay half…” and she promptly says “NO.” XD Yea that tickled my NaruSaku fancy. So Deidara finally unleased his explosive thing on the village so maybe Gaara will die next week.

Gotta admit I had practically zero interest in Naruto due to general imperssions that it was just about all violence and not much else, until I heard about that “asking her out on a date” scenario, suggesting romantic development between Naruto and Sakura (yeah I’m a real sucker for romance in Anime, hence I’m still a devout watcher of Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku Wo, and I’m glad I did after seeing Mamoru and Ayako finally kiss, twice even). Maybe I might reconsider and give at least this part of Naruto a look (same reason I might look into Busou Renkin, which I’ve also ignored for awhile until ep23/24 for the same reasons).
Ahaha I assure you, most shows that I blog have pretty good romance..or else I probably wouldn’t be watching them. I gave up Mamoru-kun though because the lack of any story (and the annoying characters) couldn’t really be overpowered by the Ayako x Mamoru thing.
Just finished watching the subs i found the scene where Gaara and Kankuro are talking really touching it was not so long ago that Gaara was salivating to kill people and here he is now looking at the sunset telling Kankuro he wants to be Kazekage ^o^
The Naru/Saku Fluff here was not much but its a start ^__^ i just hope next ep will cover Naruto telling Sakura his secret ~_^

Actually I’m like wriggling in my chair waiting for the episode where Yamato tells Sakura “I THINK I CAN TELL THAT YOU LIKE NARUTO” XD
Uggh I dislike Sakura a lot. -hides- but seriously.. sure took her a friggen while to give naruto the time of day ;-; But again, not a big fan of that slash. :XD
I agree totally with the NaruSaku scene. *squeals* I adore the couple so freaking much! I’m so glad the anime team did not remove it.
The Gaara scene is intense…I wonder if it will be the same as it is in the manga since things aren’t exactly the same in comparing the naime to the manga…*rubs her chin*
I really don’t think there is anything more to Naruto & Sakura than friendship. They are almost like family, now bonded more as a team since they’ve lost their beloved other member. Naurto is meant for Hinata and Hinata is meant for Naruto. Period.
I also doubt that Gaara will die in the next episode. I’m thinking at least 10 before we get that far the way they are pacing this season so far. Plus in the manga it took 3 days for the Hidden Leaf Village to be alerted and arrive in the Sand Village. Then fixing Garra’s brother and meeting the old couple, etc… I have a sinking feeling it’s going to take a while.
I’m loving Sakura more and more these days, ever since ep32 she’s been moving in a better direction, it truly makes me cringe to see her be mean to Naruto. It’s slowing up a lot in the Manga, and I hope it continues in the Anime.
How is Naruto meant for Hinata when they’ve had 1 scene of interaction since the time skip began?
Technically he’s only been back for 2 days, and she’s still out of town. Literally. She hasn’t been passing out for all these years for nothing.

I’m referring to how in the manga, she sees him passes out and that’s the only interaction they had since Chapter 245.
I’m understanding your point, in the fact that over 100 manga chapters have passed since that meeting, but again, those manga chapters, including the current one #346 are less than 2 or 3 weeks after his arrival.
As soon as he arrived, there was the bell test, simultaneously Gaara was kidnapped, the team went to the sand and went in pursuit of Gaara. In chapter #346 it’s basically about two weeks in “Naruto time” from when the time skip begins.
I simply don’t feel that there is anything other than friendship and lingering feelings on Naruto’s side of things for a relationship with Sakura. Plus they haven’t seen each other in a while and the bonding about his “secret” and his bond with Gaara and almost being killed by Sauske. It’s dramatic yes, but not a love story. Just wait until he finds out why Hinata has been fainting/hiding all this time.
In about 1 year our time he will be with Hinata, and it will probably still be the same week in Naruto world.
Well like I said, I still support NaruSaku and I feel that it has more probability than NaruHina but whatever you like is your thing.
I like how Hinata blushes and faints.The way everything proceeding ,somebody needs to point it out for naurto that Hinata loves him hehe..But it would be awosome if he finds out of his own :D..now i would like him to fight with more power and techniqes .

hey! I like gaara, hes had such a troubled past i dont think he deserves to die like that just when he’s started to care about others lives more than his own(like the sand shield over the village thing). He’s played quite a large part in the anime so far, i don’t think he should die quite yet. Of course, im still waiting for it to play out…
how about sasuke? i want him and sakura together

All ihave to say is that naruto will not get together with hinata or sakura as far as i know his going to die soon, but anyway i think that naruto it’s still going to like sakura even if hinata tells him that she likes her……. naruto and sakura foreverrrr!!!!!

Um, I haven’t even seen that stupid Hinata girl. Then again I only been watching the Shippuuden for the past few days. However the episodes I have seen there has been no Hinata.
I think that they wont go anywhere with the love story and leave us all hanging (Ok, I hope not).
Either way something is between Sakura and Naruto… Whether it be friends or lovers,
but I am hoping for lovers.

Though I’m myself a girl, I have 0 interest in romantic development in Naruto. Poeple who like romance have far more other animes and mangas to choose from.
Anyway to get back to the latest development in Naruto, there’ll be an episode called “Gaara’s Death”(or “Gaara Dies”), in which Gaara would seeminglyy be dead after Akatsuki extracted sand spirit from him. But is he really gonna die? Well, my online research indicated that he shouldn’t die if the anime is set to follow the manga storyline. According to some fans who have seen the manga, Chiyo, the retired sand ninja who sealed the sand spirit inside Gaara, will sacrifice her own life to revive Gaara. Hopefully anime will follow manga cuz I really don’t wanna see Gaara die. But who knows? The latest episode is still dealing with the fights and chases, and no one from the rescue team has reached Gaara yet. Hmmmm….we’ll see.
im a hina-naru fan. u know they will date when you see the preveiws of him watching her while she’s bathing. 0.0 i like sasu-saku couple but its never gonna happen since sasuke turns evil.
