AHHHHHH! What a cliffhanger!! *screams some more* WHAT’S IN THAT ROOM! I think I’ve been wondering that since like episode 2. Whoa okay so here goes. Kayo is all genki because she’s back on the job with the Hanzono Yuriko team. As usual everyone can obviously tell that she likes Wataru and although he’s not making it too obvious he probably has an interest in her. Osamu wants to “fall in love” too so he goes to Kayo for advice.

In her office, Kayo’s manager tells her that there’s rumors floating around that one of Hanazono Yuriko’s works is plagiarizing another work. He asks her to find out and when she talks to the guys they say that there is no such thing. Wataru goes on to say that even if they ever came to a point where they can no longer draw manga, they would never steal anybody’s work. If the situation went as far as that, they would simply quit.

In the meantime, miss annoyance Misuzu, is doing her best to dig up the dirt on Wataru’s family. I believe she’s the one who’s spread all the rumors on the HY BBS. Oh and it turns out that guy who likes her, although he appears dumb he actually knows French…because his mother is French. LOL WTF he doesn’t even look like he’s half european! That was really random but anyway. She gets him to read some French books for her which I guess hold all the dirt in them.

One day after leaving their house, Satoshi offers to walk Kayo home. This was after they made those disgusting “White Day” candies since Osamu mistakened white day as the day where “boys confess to girls their love” lol poor Otaku :D. As they are walking home and talking about how she says she feels she found her place, they run into an interesting scene. It’s Misuzu stalking Wataru and she totally hugs him saying “I understand you! I want to be an artist too and I like your artworks. Why did you have to quit!? Is it because of your father??” Anyway he gets pissed off, pushes her away and tells her to never come near himself or Hinata again.

Kayo and Satoshi both witness this and then Kayo quickly rushes home. Satoshi asks if Wataru will run after her but he says “Why should I?” Satoshi tells him not to play stupid and lets him know that if he doesn’t want her, then Satoshi will take her. Satoshi then runs after her and eventually hugs her going “Am I not good enough?” She slowly pushes him away and says “I’m sorry”. Satoshi says that he understand and calls her a cab home. After that Kayo is pretty bummed out about seeing that girl glomping Wataru (although honestly I don’t see why she has to be jealous of some 20 year old.)

In the meantime, Osamu is on a date with that lady from that food place (Hine-san?). He even dragged Hinata along and Hinata helped him kinda get on his own and eventually left. That dude who I think is Hine’s husband/baby daddy lol, asked Hinata if she was smiling. Aaanyway back at the ranch, Ryouko has been politely convinced by her old fart coworkers to go on a mimai with a man they chose who apparently LOVES nabe. It seems like things are going well until Tanaka bursts in, drags her away and eventually asks her to start over with him and get married.

However all the happiness gets interrupted when the rumor about Hinata hits the tabloids. While walking home, Misuzu runs into Hinata and rudely tells him that because of him, Wataru can’t forget his father’s incident, and because of that, he refuses to ever paint again. Hinata, hurt, runs home. In the meantime, Osamu and Satoshi are both shocked and Wataru admits that the person that their father plagiarized from, was actually Hinata’s REAL father. Osamu yells at how hurt he is that Wataru never told them this and then Wataru punches him telling him that he doesn’t understand what it’s like to have lived with these feelings for the last 15 years.

Eventually they all run out to look for Hinata, and they run into Kayo and tell her to go back to their house and stay there in case Hinata comes home. Hinata in the meantime, has taken a stool to break into that locked room which contains Wataru’s stuff from the past/regarding his father that he never lets anybody into. By the time Kayo gets in, she looks for Hinata and eventually notices that the door to that back room is open. She goes to peek in, some creepy music plays and the episode ends as Wataru is coming right behind her.

Upcoming Attractions: WHAT’S BEHIND DOOR #7!?!? So yea the final episode. Oh and it seems like Kayo is gonna end up with Wataru. Darn. Why do they always gotta pick the crazy artistic nutsos. But she did say in the preview “I love…Hanazono Yuriko!” so I get the feeling she may not end up with anyone lol.
