Busou Renkin - 23
There was not much actual “story” in
this episode. It was mostly a “visual pleasure” although whether Pappi’s crotch is “pleasure” is for you to decide. 
What can I say part of me is going ‘YAY!’ while another part of me is going “wow that was so….randomly forced and had no build up what so ever.” Would it kill Tokiko to show some otome emotions? 
After Kazuki & Tokiko get back to school the gang is happy to see them. To celebrate they suggest everyone goes to the amusement park. Pappi also stops by telling Kazuki that he’s begun to experiment on trying to make a white Kakugane because he wants to fight Kazuki as the “strongest HUMAN”. (He also shakes his crotch to point out how he’s “much better” than an average human trying to create a kakugane. LAWL.)
The gang tells Kazuki and Tokiko to meet up with them at the amusement park. Before going Kazuki runs into Gota in the bathroom (ironically with no cock jokes) and Gota says “I will support your decision but only if you don’t hurt senpai.” Kazuki and Tokiko go to the park where he tells her that “he wants to live the future with her” causing her to blush profusely and saying the same thing back to him. He then totally ruins the moment by going “Are you embarrassed?” and she’s like “DON’T SAY STUFF LIKE THAT!” lol 
how cute. Anyway they finally meet up with the rest of the crowd and go to various amusement park rides. Then they drag Tokiko to Karaoke but Kazuki says he’s gonna go home. Tokiko gets worried and manages to slip out to come over to him….which basically ends the episode like this:
Kazuki: Tokiko, I need the power of LOVE to help me through.
Tokiko: Take me!
(They make out)

Oh, geez. The kiss scene felt a bit…rushed, maybe? Tsundere.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but judging from the manga….it wasn’t actually a kiss scene. They were just like leaning nose to nose or something o.O. Well maybe Xebec WILL turn into a kiss scene. I don’t really know anymore.
Wtf? XD thats so stupid why would their mouths like…OPEN roflmao I think Xebec wanted to leave it up to the viewers but prolly going like “THIS IS THE KISS SCENE LEFT OUT FROM THE MANGA” lol
The scene looked very much identical in the manga, though. Frankly, unlss you really need to see a close-up of two mouths pressing against each other with spit dribbling out in order to understand that two people are kissing, this is a kiss indeed.

With all the crazy shots that Papillon gets, sometimes I wonder if he’s the real lead character…
