Um okay so I guess next week isn’t the last one. One morning Take and Yano decide to go ice skating. While they are putting their skates on, Take says that he had confessed to Nanami a couple days ago, although has not received an answer yet. Yano is shocked and pissed that Take did this while he was sick and then says he’s going home…before they even ice skate. When Take goes home and tells this to his sister, she starts cracking up. We then see a flashback of the confession and Take says he will have these feelings forever, and he will not take “no” for an answer.

In school Nanami is avoiding Yano because she’s afraid to talk to him. One day while they are outside shoveling snow, he runs after her and tells her that it’s cruel of her to not visit or call him when he was sick. She then starts saying how she may not be the girl for him, and that going out with her is tiring and per haps maybe there is someone out there who can better understand him (Yamamoto.) Yano then gets pissed saying that she has no intentions to make up with him and she begins crying and runs off.

Later Yano is shown digging some plants in his mom’s garden. It turns out that when she moves, Yano won’t be going with her because he decided since he only has 1 year until graduation there’s no point of him moving now. His mom also tells him that she didn’t plan to have him, but was too scared to have an abortion. Also she thought that if she had him, the man would divorce her friend and marry her instead. This of course didn’t happen and she’s been jumping from marriage to marriage. She says the reason she’s divorcing now is that she wants to find happiness by getting up on her own 2 feet.

His mom also mentions that she’s happy that she had Yano. In school the next day Yano asks Nanami if she wants to go home with him. She says she’s going home alone. Yano then just turns around and walks out of the classroom, with Yamamoto chasing after him. She trips and falls and scrapes her knee. Yano then stops, walks back and helps her up. Nanami sees all of this from the classroom and thinks about what Mizuguchi said: “If you don’t make up with Yano now, he will lose his feelings for you eventually, and will stop chasing after you. Then it will be too late.”

Upcoming Attractions: Much to Nanami’s surprise, Yano is planning on moving away.
