Boy the Yano vs Take 
battle is getting pretty heated up. The show’s finally starting to get some action but that’s obvious because there’s only 2 more episodes left to go. Yano arrives at Nanami’s house only to find her standing next to Take. The moment she sees him, she hides behind Take, and with tears in her eyes tells Yano to leave. She goes inside her house, and after futile attempts at ringing her doorbell Yano walks home in the snow due to a lack of money for the train. The next day he has a cold and collapses in the classroom from a high fever.
Yano goes home sick that day. He ends up not coming to school for 2 days, so Yamamoto gets worried and goes to visit him. She brings him notes that she copied but he tells her he could have gotten them from someone else. She tries to be nice to him but he recalls her confession and tells her to leave. She grabs her things and quickly runs out…just as Nanami has come to visit. Nanami is shocked to see Yamamoto running out of Yano’s house and then asks her to stop bothering Yano. She says that he will always be nice to Yamamoto because she is the sister of his ex-girlfriend no matter what and he is Nanami’s boyfriend.
Yamamoto gets mad and yells (in a voice I’ve never heard before) at Nanami saying that she knows the Yano who was there before and after he had dated her sister. She also knows the Yano who was all sad and miserable when her sister died. With that she runs off, and simultaneously Take had come to Yano’s house…and heard everything Yamamoto said. Nanami is once again in tears and she leans on Take going “Am I not good enough because I don’t know these things? Things that I can’t help NOT know?” Take tells her that it can’t be helped. In the meantime, Yano decides for a breath of fresh air and sees Take outside. He can’t see Nanami because of the bushes and he tells Take that he feels like an idiot because he hates the idea that he made Nanami cry, but he can’t guarantee that he won’t do it again. (What a moron!)
After he closes the window Nanami runs off. Take chases after her but when he grabs her arm she yells at him to “Stop being nice to her when she’s at her weakest.” Take puts his hand over his face and explains to her that he wants to protect her, he wants her to smile and eventually he says that he will treat her better than Yano. (Aka..and indirect confession.) Meanwhile back at the ranch, Yano’s mom says she’s thinking about divorcing her current husband and moving in with some guy she’s been seeing in Tokyo to help him with his work. (This part confused me, can someone reconfirm this? I didn’t know she had a husband.) With this Yano says he will move to Tokyo with her.
Upcoming Attractions: Whoa did that blow your mind or what? Nanami starts to think that perhaps she and Yano are not meant to be after all.

OMG!!! Go Take!!
Can this show get any better? Can Yamamoto move to Tokyo, too? The music and the pacing — long pauses for people to think and for us to feel — were great. Fading out on the tears welling up in Nana-chan’s eyes at the semi-confession was a great hit. What is she thinking? What will she do?
MoonPhase says there are 26 episodes, so we probably have four excruciating weeks to go.
See people, everyone can be a jerk at one point in this anime. Poor Yamamoto.
Wow, big change from the manga! It seems like Take and Nanami will end together. The change from the manga is the reason that Yano’s mother is moving to Tokyo. I have not seen the episode yet. did Yano’s mom already divorced her current husband?

golthin> See that’s what confused me. She said “rikon” which means “divorce” but I’ve never seen her “current” husband so I had assumed that meant she was gonna re-marry. Did she divorce in the manga? Perhaps I made a mistake ^^;
yano´s mather is married with some guy.
Dam its so sad, my friend read what u wrote “poor Yano” and i kinda all way have feeling that Take trying to steal Nanami from him, and its so bad feeling =\

Cuz Nana is interesting too cuz right now Hachi is in pregnant and i thing Takumi going to dump Nubo insted of her or some thing like that (he is her boyfriend)….

the guy yanos married to is in episode 17… when he walks in the house after his conversation wit his mom , her current husband who she told yano she was marrying while he was young is on the couch readin a newspaper while yano walks past him to go to his room…
and poor yamamoto… i dont think so she was a jerk for saying that to nanami, she had her chance to tell yano she liked him before nana came into the picture… she should have said something before someone else came into the picture and they fell hard for each other too… when you like someone you should them be happy with the one they like instead of standing in the way
rofl, takeuchi will get rejected. Yano and Nana will make a promise to meet in tokyo but 5-7 yrs have past and never see each other yet. Nana is still hoping that Yano will come to pick her up. The end.
gothlin, i think it will be on the next 2 episode when yano’s Mom divorces her husband. I dont think, there is a big change from manga. i still think take will get rejected but i’m hoping a different ending. i wish Yano and Nana will meet in the end after all these yrs
Waaaahh!! I’m soo confuse… so will Nana end up being with Yano or Take??
I’m rooting for Take but then if she do end up with Take then the whole series is just kinda messed up for making the viewers believe that she and yano will end together…

thats what I heard too, that its still ongoing… I don’t know what manga mag publishes it though. Something like Betsucomi or something…
