I was a bit disappointed with the episode only because I was hoping that Tetsu would find out who Karada really is. He showed up at her apartment but he was like “Who are you lady?” Karada explained to him that “Iokawa” was staying at a relative’s house and she didn’t know when she’d be back. The two of them then walked and eventually ended up at school and into the classroom where the two of them usually study. Tetsu kept telling her about “their” past together and how he was looking for her at the summer festival.

When they are in the classroom, Karada opens a shoe locker and Tetsu’s like “There’s no way she’s hiding there.” They walk outside and peer through a window into a room where they once had cooking class. In that class Karada was looked up by all the girls because she was really good at cooking. Tetsu however had trouble and couldn’t even split eggs. The whole time Karada was laughing to herself thinking back.

After a while she kept following him and they went up to a shrine. While drinking water Tetsu recalled a memory of Karada drinking water the same way. He asked if she was Hiro’s girlfriend since she lives with him, but she said she was not. He then told her to follow him, and he took her to a place with a pretty creek and flowers and stuff. He said how he tried to take “Iokawa” there before but she got scared and never went all the way. Karada told him that he should take her again and she’d love it.

That night Karada asks Shouko what is a good way to tell someone your feelings if you have no phone and you can’t see them face to face. Shouko suggests writing a letter. Before bed, Karada writes Tetsu a postcard saying she’s at a relative of her mother’s and will be staying there for some time. This makes Tetsu really happy. Oh and off topic, but it seems that pony tail girl who was in the last episode, is actually an original anime character. In a way I’m kinda glad because if I were to ever read the manga she’s pretty annoying.
