Seems like the plot is progressing here with the introduction of a new character…whose name I have yet to remember. So it appears that Ayako has been avoiding Mamoru like the plague and the whole school knows about it. Mamoru doesn’t know why and when he tries to approach her asking if there was anything he could do, she just tells him that “He’s got nothing to do with it” and then runs off. She probably means well but that didn’t come out so nice Ayako-chan!

The student council decides that everyone should take a vacation trip together. So…they all go skiing and they also invite along Mamoru’s sister. On the bus Ayako sleeps on Mamoru’s shoulder and in the meantime, Mamoru has a little gift box in his pocket to give to her later. While driving, they are followed in a car by a girl an 2 goons. This is the same girl who saw her in the play. Her deal is that, a year ago, the “Beatrice witch” fought with her brother and won? (it looked like she lost for some reason)

This girl goes as far as following Mamoru into the men’s toilet and tries to ask him to “spend some time alone with her discussing the Beatrice witch.” Anyway while everyone goes skiing, Ayako says she doesn’t feel well and she stays inside the cabin. At one point Mamoru wants to go back and check on her, but instead his sister goes. While she goes, she runs into his room to put his hat back and accidentally steps on his coat, crushing the present Mamoru had saved for Ayako.

When everyone is back in the cabin they’re all laughing talking and eating dinner. However, Mamoru and Ayako appear to be on the opposite sides of the room not communicating at all. Mamoru, disheartened says he will go to his room. While he walks up the stairs, Ayako catches up to him saying she wants to talk to him in private later and asks him to meet her by the skii lift. He goes to his room to get his coat and finds that his present’s been destroyed. His sister feels guilty and runs off upset without him noticing. While going to the skii lift, he is watched by that girl and her goons (who proclaim to be hentais.)

Upcoming Attractions: I think I’ll stop doing this for this series because they never make any sense anyway.
