Yoake Mae Yori Ruriiro Na ~Gilligan’s Island~ - 05
Everyone went to the beach, and got stranded on a (not so) deserted island. Tatsuya and Feena talk about their (Kanon like) childhood and how their mom’s both died around the same time and Tatsuya made a promise with her (Lol Kanon Lol) that he’d go to the moon to see her. I’m disappointed that we didn’t have a scene where he randomly falls on top of her and they blush profusely. Instead however, we had another nose pinching scene, but that’s not as cool as randomly falling on top and blushing profusely.
Upcoming Attractions: I’m gonna need caffeine to stay awake through this episode.

so so, was it good??
Yes, it was good. A big improvement from recent episodes, for me. The romance felt real. The two main characters are individuals, strangely mature and sensitive. Kanon and Gilligan’s Island don’t prove a thing when a show has heart — as this episode did. But please, no more stupid humor like episode 4.
No falling or blushing? Damn! But at least the fanservice was ample.
As what hashihime said, it’s definitely an improvement compared to the horrid Iron chef parody or Rambo princess. The nose-pinching is getting a little irritating though. I wonder why he hasn’t been sued yet.
LOL! they made Tatsuya look so buff and manly for this ep!
While I agree that the end of the episode was a great improvement over the earlier stupidity, it still didn’t make up for the fact that the “romance” was SOOOOOO generic (except for the nose pinching) and cliched that I couldn’t FULLY get into it.
kill the story writers doing yoake… they must be watching too much kanon! hmm.. its at ep 5 .. and how many eps this one have? 13 was it?
I think it was 13 (if it was any longer i wouldnt watch it past 13 anyway :P)
