You know despite this show
not being really “comedic” or “action packed” I really enjoy it. It feels like it “flows naturally” rather than slapping me in the face with overused cliches. Anyway it turns out that Shouko moves in with Karada and Hiro. I don’t know how Japan’s apartments work but…who’s paying her apartment lease? John Smith? So anyway the reason is because Hiro and Karada still feel uncomfortable around each other, so Shouko is like a mediator. They should pay her, seriously. Continue Reading »

As usual TOEI fails this week by cutting out some game CG related scenes and/or changing it to their liking. First of all the scene with Makoto in the bathtub is missing from this episode therefore it is not in my little screencap below. Although there was a scene of naked Yuuichi walking into the bathroom (thanks guys!) it was to a bathtub full of Miso Soup that Makoto made for Yuuichi. I like the fact that in the TOEI version she managed to get away with so many pranks on him, yet in the KyoAni she fails EVERY TIME. Continue Reading »

Oh boy I really laughed
out loud in this episode. Actually I think I laugh out loud in every episode . Just to clear up something from last week, Hanzou is NOT Iroha’s brother. He just calls her “nee-san” like you would call your “boss” in a yakuza gang (aniki etc.) He’s just her follower because she saved his life at one point. Therefore, when he sees her dress up in a frilly pink dress his eyes bleed (literally.) Continue Reading »

You know it’s not that
I’m really into traps, but when they don’t have any humor involving Jun, the episode just bores me. That and the major lack of romance between Yuuma and Haruhi, which I assume they’re probably saving for the last 3 episodes of the show. This week basically Hachi forgot his porno magazine in school so he went to get it. While going back, he ran into a girl which he thought was a ghost so the whole gang ended up looking for this “ghost” throughout most of the episode. It turns out, she’s not a ghost but a transfer student, and she has a crazy brother who beats up anyone trying to hit on her. Yeaaaa the end. The next episode preview looked like it was drawn by a 5 year old so I didn’t even bother trying to figure out what’s going on.

I’ve been hit with some hard
core spam lately. What is the deal with it these days, seriously. Anyway it turns out that the reason Ayako is sick isn’t because she’s come down “with a cold” but rather her Beatrice is causing it. It seems that Beatrice controls her “growth” and a similar event happened to her last year and required her to lay in bed for 3 days. Unfortunately with the school festival coming up, they don’t have that much time. Ayako is determined to be in the play so in the meantime she tells Mamoru to rehearse without her and she will definitely recover. Continue Reading »

Everyone went to the beach, and got stranded on a (not so) deserted island. Tatsuya and Feena talk about their (Kanon like) childhood and how their mom’s both died around the same time and Tatsuya made a promise with her (Lol Kanon Lol) that he’d go to the moon to see her. I’m disappointed that we didn’t have a scene where he randomly falls on top of her and they blush profusely. Instead however, we had another nose pinching scene, but that’s not as cool as randomly falling on top and blushing profusely.
Upcoming Attractions: I’m gonna need caffeine to stay awake through this episode.
