Bokura ga Ita - 18
No one’s gonna drag you up,
to get into the light where you belong, but where do you belong? Yea this show is totally going into my Ace of Base AMV lol. Nanami and Yano end up going on a movie date because Nanami didn’t have any money so he ended up paying. They even got into an argument about what kind of popcorn they should get. During the movie she noticed Yano made space on the arm rest for her but he didn’t hold her hand and respected her privacy.
After the movie Nanami tries asking Yano again about Nana but he isn’t telling her what she wants to hear and they get into an argument again. Nanami gets pissed and walks away going “forget it”. While walking she trips and falls backwards. She gets upset and starts crying saying it’s hopeless to get him to open up to her. Yano then follows her and sits down next to her while she’s lying on the ground.
Then there’s this dumb scene with Mizuguchi and that other girl. Mizu’s all jealous that the other girl got a boyfriend and says she wants one too. Anyway after that we see Yano walking Nanami to her house. He tells her how he and Nana got in a fight because she told him she had dinner with 2 random college guys because “Yano wasn’t around.” Before he leaves he says “The girls I like always run away from me.” Nanami gets all teary in her eyes and runs after him.
Nanami hugs Yano and tells him that Nana is watching over him. She continues saying how Nana probably is now regretting for leaving Yano and that she loved him a lot. She asks Yano to tell the “Nana in heaven” a few words. Yano hugs Nanami back and into her shoulder mummbles “I’m sorry I couldn’t make you happy.” Nanami then says to herself that Yano has finally opened up to her. Sigh. Well we knew it was coming sooner or later.
Upcoming Attractions: Yano and Nanami get back together officially.

Instead of giving Mizu-chan screen time, they should have had Take talking to his mates or something! I can’t wait to see your masterful AMV! I know you’re including bits of Nana as well! LOL!
Yea I’m totally doing the 2 series together now…I might throw in a little asatte no houkou too maybe haha
well it’s inevitable, they are getting back together. but it’s only ep. 18… it’s to early in the series to end “happily ever after”. and there are still 6 eps. to fill. so there must be more drama to come.
I haven’t read the manga, but I expect more drama to come, as anne says. I loved this episode.
The Mizu-chin “eyecatch” sequence was okay in itself, but totally out of place in this beautifully romantic and angst-ridden episode.
This is only 24 episodes? I thought it was 26.
arghhh, I HATE THIS!!! MY TAKE X NANA t_t
(ok, seriously, i am quietly happy about all this, yano x nana is cool when yano stops being a prick)…
Oh wellz
Was it 26? I dunno why for some reason someone told me 24 hence why I thought 24 as well.
Yano seemed to redeem himself however I don’t like the fact that it took him like 15 episodes to do so (and who knows how long it’ll last)
i also thought it was 26 eps. but I went to ANN and it’s 24 eps.
they are just so cute together… i’m so glad hes finally opening up, even if it is just a little
okay i dont wanna sound stupid or anything but…
hinano what do you mean by that question “No one’s gonna drag you up, to get into the light where you belong, but where do you belong?”
Oh thats lyrics from an ace of base song hahaha
it just means like, no one’s gonna get your head straight for ya, you gotta get up on your own 2 feet
It is actually 26 episodes.. It says so on The Triad’s homepage.
LOL well its not like a fansub group has contacts with Japan to know for sure
guess we’ll have to wait and see?
thanx hinano!
and so? where’s the amv you made? ^___^ i can’t wait to see it !!
hey in one of the earlier episodes they said that take’s sister is really a guy is that true?
Kieu> what epi was that? It’s vaguely ringing a bell
yaya> Still working on it lol…
i’m pretty sure it was like ep 5 or 6,her and take were having a convo about it
yeh..I remember something about that…not sure if he/she really is a guy or not though.
I really wanted Take to get with Nana but after seeing Yano finally opening up to Nana and not being an idiot for a change, I’m happy for them…
This may be late, but … does anybody else think Nana is kind of heartless? Consider what happened: Yano was wanting to forget a very difficult, emotion wrenching time in his life–the day his girlfriend died after they had a heated fight–by not talking about it (the same way most men deal with heartaches); but Nana, insistent, picks the scap open. She went as far as dumping him, then required him to rembember that sad time as a condition for getting back together. Damn, that’s cold. Take was right, Nana is the one fixated on Yano’s ex.
Poor Yano, I reconsider, leave Nana, no, use Nana. She is cold and calculating covering herself by pretensions of warmth. Couldn’t she see how bad it can hurt a guy to bring up sad memories (it can also make them hate you); we are built differently than women, so please, don’t expect the same outcomes. My advice to Yano: don’t be changed, do the changing. Maturity means different things for women and men. To be mature from a woman’s view is different (and less fun) than to be mature from a man’s point of view. Oh well, he lost. Nana:10 hit points, Yano:1 hit point (the sister; sorry, he is a man after all).
uUuh… why takahasi don’t with take? i think they are a suitable couple… what do you think?!
