Yoake Mae Yori Ruriiro Na ~Crescent Love~ - 04

Well it seems the animation has greatly improved from last week so my only conclusion is that the animation staff just hates anything relating to iron chef. The story though has me falling asleep lately, but it could also be because I’m really tired lately. Anyway it begins with Tatsuya, and Feena and his sister at the lake talking about how they used to swim in the lake when they were kids. Just then they see a puppy drowning and Feena jumps into rescue it…even though she can’t swim. So then, Tatsuya has to jump and save her as well.

When he saves her she’s not breathing so as usual he decides to do mouth to mouth, but before he can plant it, she spits water in his face. (I personally think that random appearing blonde girl caused this to happen.) So anyway they both go home soaking wet. Tatsuya takes a shower but when he comes back into his room, Takano and his assistant are there viewing videos of all the girls taking showers. Feena, Mia and the sister all sees this and she screams “Onii-chan no ecchi!” (lol Randall).

Next Mia asks about the “locked room” upstairs and Tatsuya shows her and Feena. It’s their father’s room and it’s fulla old books, random travel souveniers and other weird stuff. It’s really dirty and Mia wanted to clean it….but it’s dirty to the point that it’s infested with all sorts of insects. Everyone runs out screaming and falls down the stairs. Only Feena seems to be able to handle falling down the stairs and so while the other 2 are unconscious, she realizes Mia is missing. She dresses up like Rambo and runs back into the room with a machine gun.

When she gets there she shoots everything in sight because she sees insects in her “target range”. This of course pretty much destroys a lot of the father’s “items”. She then rescues Mia but is out of bullets. She calls to the moon for back up and that chick comes down in a helicopter, gets everyone out of the house and blasts rockets in there. (Uh okay? This is borderline from amusing to completely idiotic.) I think the dumber part is when Tatsuya’s sister gets home going “I’m just a tad irritated at you guys doing such things!” UH a tad? Right.

Upcoming Attractions: Boobs….I mean the beach episode.

Feena is fast losing her queen dignity and becoming a royally glorified idiot. Anyway, Randall should be proud, huh.

yea I know right? Thats what I mean by this show’s plot putting me to sleep..the only thing “queen” about her anymore is her crown and dress…lol

    There is a plot?

Yes, I look forward to the beach episode, esp if she is wearing the same bodacious 2.5 piece that she is from the game ^___^

Seems that this anime is headed in the direction of just using this August franchise to attract game fans to watching the show. Not every conversion can be Kanon-KimiNozo quality (even though a guy can hope) >D

Considering that they exploded into Tatsuya’s dad’s room so early on in the series, I guess they arent going to go the Lapis Lazuli “true ending” route with Feena come the end ;_;.

When I watched episodes 2 and 3, I wondered why the heck was I torturing myself with such less-than-mediocre animation, the story doesn’t exactly interest me that much either(from the way it’s being told).

This episode seems like a nice time to really consider whether it’s worth keeping or not. Seriously, even anime which I didn’t think highly of(like Busou Renkin due to its manga’s poor popularity) are able to keep my eyes glued to the screen. This one just seems to make me want to get a good night’s rest instead. Perhaps the only factor that kept me watching was the osananajimi factor. Rofl.

Btw, don’t be mistaken about my comment on Busou Renkin. I personally loved the manga, it was way better than the Wild Wild West manga (or whatever it was called) that was released a while after Rurouni Kenshin ended. But the artist’s unique style apparently doesn’t appeal to the general audience in Japan, which is quite unfortunate, if you ask me. The anime will do the manga good publicity too, though inevitably it will be compared to FMA, zzz.

  7. [...] - Ok, so you really wanna know what happened? Try Shirukii’s or Hinano’s entry on this episode [...]
