I think I realized why I like this show. Despite me usually disliking these kinds of things the fact that the villains all look like idiots and Kazuki’s sister freaking cracks me up is what keeps me watching. (Oh and the obvious romance factor etc.) So anyway Tokiko and Kazuki still have that 1 week to grab the ghey looking butterfly glasses from the fruitcake villain but the bastard decides to play hookie. Tokiko’s also been dropping by Kazuki’s room through his window recently (scandalous!) Kazuki’s also been doing some night time training with his giant spear thing.

Tokiko in the meantime acts like everything is fine but she keeps walkin with her hand on her waist because of the pain from the homonuculous. One time after school Kazuki runs into the frog master dude (see what I mean?) who’s got a BOWL haircut and obviously wants to be like Rock Lee (lol). He apparently also eats humans and goes against the orders of Mr. Butterfly Villain and wants to eat Tokiko before she turns into the homonuculous. Kazuki’s all like “SASERU KA!” And they fight.

So during the fight Kazuki gets his ass kicked because he still doesn’t know how to properly use his Busou Renkin. He can just like weild the sword around but he can’t do much else with it (and this isn’t a swordsman show.) He gets stabbed by a bunch of froggy tongues and thinks he’s dead but then he realizes he isn’t because uh he died before and now operates on a synthetic heart. He doesn’t want Frog Man to eat Tokiko so he figures out that the power of his Busou Renkin (and I totally knew this cause I read wikipedia) is in the ribbon that’s attached to the end of the sword.

So Kazuki kicks the Frog Man’s ass but before he can finish him off he passes out. The frog thing now like 1 foot tall gets stabbed by Mr. Butterfly Villain’s henchmen because they say that anyone who betrays him, should die. They try to also kill (again?) and unconscious Kazuki but then Tokiko shows up and kicks all their asses (despite the pain from the homonuculous in her side.) She then helps Kazuki by putting her wet ribbon on his head while he lies down. She’s surprised to hear that he learned how to use the busou renkin on his own and tells him that today he got stronger so now he should just rest.

Upcoming Attractions: Someone dies and gets revived again…and Mr. Butterfly Villain makes another appearance.
