Bokura ga Ita - 14
I must have said 
the word “Owned!” at least 3 times in this episode. So anyway Takeuchi said “timing is everything” but completely blew his timing because it was him, Nanami and…Mizu(ki?) However she was cool enough to pretend to like playing with the dog more than anyone and did it so that Nanami and Takeuchi would have more time “alone” together to talk. The two of them however just stood there with an occasional glance or blush at each other. Poor girl, your efforts wasted.
Nanami kept telling herself that there is no way Takeuchi likes her that way because he is Yano’s best friend and would never do such a thing. Yano in the meantime runs to Takeuchi’s sister to try to get her to pry the info on Takeuchi’s whereabouts. He leaves nasty messages on Take’s Vm saying if he takes Nanami he’ll kill him. Take’s sister tricks Yano into going to a park where neither Nanami or Take are at. However, when Take, Mizu and Nanami are walking to the bus stop, they run into Yano. There Yano says “Just because you broke up with me, doesn’t mean that I feel it’s completely over.” Meh. He goes on to babble about how he’s waiting for her to come back to him.
That night Yano takes the puppy and the toy Nanami bought for it to his house. He also tells Take that he will seriously fight him if he tries to take Nanami and Take just laughs and responds with “I feel another war coming!” In school the next day Nanami is trying to say something to Yano and although he notices he does no reaction. When he leaves the classroom, she calls his name but he slams the door. However right then, he comes back and goes “Did you want something?” She basically tells him that his idea for the mouse play was rejected by the student council. He goes “That’s it?” and she says yea and he sadly closes the door and leaves.
Next few days while everyone is getting ready for the school festival, Yano keeps trying to help Nanami do stuff. He carries stuff for her and keeps coming back like a puppy asking her for more stuff to help out with. Eventually Mizu comes up to Nanami and asks “You know it may be just me but I think Takeuchi likes you.” In the meantime, Take and Yano see this from far away and hide behind a tree to listen. Nanami says that there is no way Takeuchi would do such a thing because he is a good guy and would not betray his best friend. Yano laughs at Take behind the tree for this. However, when Mizu asks Nanami whether she would reconsider making up with Yano, Nanami just says that him always coming up to her is really annoying. She says that she’d rather just be left alone to think about all of this. Yano is upset however he feels he’s still in a better position than Take, who at this point has no chance.
Upcoming Attractions: A bunch of emo crap and Nanami is prolly gonna go back to Yano bringing this series back into its predictability loop.
Well just as an offside note, the fall season has begun. I’ve picked 2 shows so far I’m interested in, and if ep 2 seems good I’ll be blogging them both. (Tokimeki & Giniro no Chord) I’ll be watching and deciding on more stuff as the week progresses.

Aww! So did Yano gets to keep the puppy? I like this ep, but I feel bad for Take. He’s so cute! He deserves a nice girl! I hope Nanami makes Yano suffer at least a bit more, he deserves it!
On a side note, I am so glad you’re considering blogging Tokimeki! I liked the first ep alot!
yea I didn’t wanna make any promises but those are shows I’ll definitely watch more than 1 episode of (unlike LoveDoll and crap)
Poor Take, shot down before he even got a chance, but at least he was not rejected in the real sense of the word. I thnk he should take a chance and confess to her even if she think that.
I think that at the end of the scene where Nana-chan gives her thoughts on both of them, and Yano thinks he has the best chance, I see a little smile break on Take’s face. It is not over yet. And remember that early on Nana-chan surprised herself by imagining kissing Takeuchi. She hasn’t got back to that point yet, but I predict she will. Not that she’ll end up with him, but there is plenty to happen between now and then. By the way, emo is not crap, it’s human feelings.
I actually hated Yano for taking the puppy. At the moment, I am in my “he’s a jerk” mood. I definitely do not think he will get to keep it. Not only will his father say no, but Takeuchi and even Nana-chan will tell him to give it back.
I didn’t think he was gonna keep it anyway I thoght he just temporarily took it cause he was being his stupid jealous self again
Yano should just cut the forplay and hit Take over the head with a bat. Take is the most disturbing character in this anime, he broke the fundemental rule of ‘bros over hoes’, and deserves to be punished for it. :p

i have a soft spot for take… i like him. but yano is nana’s first love so it’s going to take awhile for her to get over him. however, i think yano and nana are going to get back together… poor take.
in which episode did nana imagine herself kissing take? i really dont remember that

..I like Take too but I also am feelin’ Yano now as he seems to have gotten a grip lately and is being more honest *sigh*
i agree… i like take… but i wish yano would fix himself up a bit so that he could be with nana cause their so cute!!!
in a couple of episodes this arc will end… and what will happen next? what more could they possibly do?
