Ouran Koukou Host Club - 26 (Finale)
Well it’s finally over!! Even though it was a lovely fake ending and technically she didn’t “end up” with anybody (although Tamaki was what it hinted at.) Here’s some bonus scans I scanned/translated from Volume 9 for those of us lacking in Tamaki/Haruhi love. 
Tamaki has pending issues on having thoughts of lust for Haruhi.
So thanks to dad’s advice he decides that it’s okay to kiss her 
Overall I enjoyed the series. It really made a lot of the boring manga chapters seem fun (and I really hate when Hatori Bisco puts in that stupid special at the end of each volume called Love Egoist cause I think it’s stupid as hell.) I might continue doing manga reviews for Ouran volumes cause I’ll probably be keeping up with it.

LOL! thats cute! I liked the ending, I thought it was appropriate! I will keep up with the manga too, the story is very cool and the anime helped it ALOT!

It definitely hinted Tamaki and HAruhi. I think they were even holding hands in the ending.. there a beautiful couple. Tamaki= handsome odd ball + Haruhi= smart dense.

Oh, why did I ever promise my friend that we would watch the final episodes together? Such torture, I have to wait for weeks. I’m so excited to see this; the Tamaki X Haruhi screenshot is too cute!
The ending was totally awesome and was a great closure. I doubt the manga can top the anime, which is like soo rare.

the manga will top the anime if the author stops putting stupid love egoist shit at the end of each volume and instead make more ouran chapters (about tamaki and haruhi xDXDXD)
The manga is so cute! How many volumes are there and is it still ongoing? Pft, I need to purchase some. And I’m giddy by the fact that there was a Tamaki/Haruhi undertone. I was worried there for a second.
I wonder if they’re going to renew it for a second season? I sure wouldn’t mind.

I actually liked the open ending for this anime. I’m not sure why either. Possibly because it’s not really in Haruhi’s character to have a boyfriend? If she were to get with anyone, it should be her friend from middle school.
Also, is it just me, or did Kyouya get cooler as the anime progressed?

The ending seemed to fit the end of the anime, I believe cause everyone in Host Club loved her just as much as Tamaki did. Overall Host Club is one of my favorite manga/anime’s, you said some chapters were “boring” but they all amused me very much. The manga that Bisco Hatori put in the end of the chapter’s, I really like them. They’re from a older Manga she did, and I believe she wanted to share it with everyone. The twins in Love Egoist, we’re also the ones Hikaru and Kaoru were modeled after. Bisco worked really hard on both manga’s and she wants all her fans to enjoy them, and I hate it when people downgrade authors works by saying it’s “stupid shit”.
u people suck i think she sould end up with kyouya it was also hinted at and it makes more sense as he is kinda anti-social and he needs someone like haruhi who already gets him so he doesnt have to end up alone and undiscovered persides tamaki and haruhi wouldn’t work because he like her more than she likes him! or else she should end up with hikaru.
D: AH! I hope volume 9 comes out soon in the US, if it hasn’t already.
I just gotten my hands on book 9! tamakis is so cool and i thought it was cute how hikaru just agrees to her!

I freaking hate that Love Egoist thing too. I think she should’ve just cut that crap out and continued with Ouran chapters. BECAUSE THEY’RE SO FUN!
Host Club is my favourite anime. I laught so many times wacthing it. As for who should be with Haruhi I really can’t imagine who the hell is gonna be with her but I would like a second season with many problems around it. YEAH, a second season would be GREAT if it was as comic as the first or more.
Nyah~!! I agree that it was a lovely yet aggravating ending. *sigh* It was good….but I wished with all my heart there was more. Thanks for the scans, now I’m going to go fret over where I’m going to get money so I can go buy it. =P
Love/Romantic Egoist is from an old manga of Hatori Bisco. I like some of the stories there. It’s just added at the back of some Ouran volumes.
Either way, Hatori has a certain amount of pages she needs to complete for each chapter each month/week/w.e-it-was. Then some people just compile them into a manga. She’ll unlikely make extra chapters. It seems like she’s dying over every deadline as it is.
The last two episodes were awesome…
But the very last scene left me between contented and un-contented. =/ Very weird. I mean, “This is our host club” was a very sweet line for the ending, but something’s missing; they could’ve done better, I suppose.
