Mamotte! Lollipop - 12

Goodbye my wonderful princes. So that girl that fell on her ass gives Nina a potion that will extract the Crystal Pearl out of her. Nina refuses to drink it saying that there’s only 1 day left before the magic exam ends and she wants to be together with Zero and Ichi. Before she can argue about this any further, San and Forte grab it but they are followed by Rokka and Go and keep fighting over it. However, Ichi says that they don’t need the potion and they will protect Nina all the way until the clock strikes 12 on Christmas eve.

Rokka gets the potion back and tries to make Nina drink it. Ichi takes it away from her and tells Nina that he will hang on to it. He asks if she doesn’t mind him protecting her and gets all in her face. She gets all blushy and runs outside. Outside, she runs into the magic chick with the annoying crow (god I hate that bird) who shows Nina the future. The future shows Nina drinking the potion. She says that it’s inevitable that Nina will drink the potion, and that everyone will fail the magic exam.

Before anything can happen any further, Numbers 11-16 start attacking Nina. Zero and Ichi of course protect her but because its like 2 against 6, Nina gets hurt. They create a dillusion and take Nina to some kind office room where Ichi and Zero argue about the potion. Ichi wants Nina to drink it because at this rate she’ll be hurt, but Zero feels that if she drinks it that will automatically separate them from her. Nina regains her consciousness and says that she doesn’t want to drink it, even if it’s dangerous to her life she wants to be with the two of them. Nina and Zero randomly embrace each other. (I love how she hugs Zero and yet screams ZERO! ICHI! :lol:)

Finally #11-16, find them and they have a battle on the school rooftop. Zero and Ichi get hurt badly and Nina just screams “Please stop!” Rokka, Go, San and Forte show up and say “Aren’t you guys going a bit overboard!?” Nina can’t take it anymore and says that although parting with Zero and Ichi is sad, having them get hurt is worse. She grabs the potion out of Ichi’s pocket and drinks it, extracting the pearl from inside of her body.

Upcoming Attractions: I have no idea because they showed clips of previous episodes in the preview. All I know is that it’s the last episode.

    OO what a sad episode…(but I love when nina hug zero XD)well let’s wait for the next episode, the title of it is the same title that have the new Lollipop’s author serie(Modotte!Mamotte!Lollipop -the continuation of the first series… and I read in some webpage that it happen two years after of the first series…) I don’t know if nina will choose one or not but maybe there will be a surprise…I hope!in the end of the prewiew you can hear zero and nina’s voices so.. well one week left and you finish ML sumaries!jeje thanks so much for all the hard work you do, you’re amazing!

    Welcome! I was actually in like 3 japanese bookstores yesterday trying to find this manga…and none of them had it! I was so sad lol I don’t wanna pay crazy shipping to buy it from amazon.com T_T;;

    Don’t buy vol.1 and vol.2!! you can find english scans of them in internet! Here->(you have to register, do 10 posts before and then you can start downloading!don’t buy them http://z11.invisionfree.com/The_Evil_Empire/index.php?
    And another important thing! DEL REY manga will start do it in 2007-In February 27 you be able to buy the first volume!! so don’t buy the manga in japanese just wait some months and buy it in english! I will buy it in english too because it wouldn’t arrive in Spain, they’re too slow^^U the bad thing is that I have to buy it in amazoon.com when they finish the series and it will be in 2008… :-( if you want some more information.. I love this series… so just ask ;-)!

    I don’t really read English scans though o_o;; I can read & understand Japanese (in case you forgot XD) so that’s not an issue. :) I just hate spending like $40 on shipping from Japan so I was hoping these bookstores would have it.

    I think this ep 12 was much betetr than ep 11, but I can’t figure out how it is going to end…

    I’m close to a mental breakdown now… ^^

    waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!! Thats so freakin sad!!!! But shes stupid so she eats teh pearl again!! GOD!! she is an idiot i agree totally with ZEro!! LOL!!

    cool summary. :grin: oh plz tell me where i could read (in english) or watch (with english subs) this episode or series cos i’ve only read book 1-4 of mamotte lollipop. and 1-3 modotte mamotte lollipop. please help me find it. thnks!
