Only 1 episode left of this show as well ^^; Dramas are ending wah but I’m sure I’ll pick up something new this fall. Anyway the rumors get out of hand and Kudou is forced to cancel Moon Child’s debut. Kouji feels it’s his fault so he tries to talk to Kudou about it, but Kudou says he’s even dropping Asami’s stuff because of this. The guys are discouraged and Kaoru is sad that she couldn’t make everyone’s dream come true.

While coming back to Kaoru’s place, the reporters mob the hell outa Kouji and the other guys. One of them is actually hired to act, so when he starts attacking Kouji with questions, Kouji pushes him out of his face and the guy falls on the ground. He uses fake blood to make it look like Kouji punched him and gave him a concussion or something. Soon after the cops arrest Kouji and take him to jail, saying that he may get 6+ months. Kaoru hears this from a phone call in a rush of panic runs outside in the broad daylight after the police car Kouji is in. She keeps chasing it until her parents finally catch up to her and take her to the hospital.

At the hospital she is treated for burns but is still worried about Kouji. Kouji spends the night in prison, and the next day he is set free. The reason is, Asami visited Kaoru the night before and realized that Kaoru risked her life for Kouji, and basically Asami would not. Asami says she wants to do something to help them so she finds that guy who acted like he got hurt and I guess pays him, so he takes back the accusation. Kouji is left free and the first thing he does is go visit Kaoru.

On the way to the hospital Kaoru is staying at Kouji watches the TV in her parents’ van. The show is of Asami on a talk program telling the story of her life. She explains how Kouji once tried to save her, and to save her career he took the blame as a “violence incident”. Because of this she had guilt on and on and could not write songs anyway. She says that he did everythin for her and everything is her fault from the start. Kudou sees this as well and is shocked beyond belief.

Luckily, when Asami gets home Kudou tells her that she’s looking much better and she says she feels like she just let a ton off her chest. He also shows her a box of fanmail from her fans saying that they like her even more that she spoke so publically. He says that he would like her to sing once more, by his side. In the meantime, Kaoru and Kouji are in the hospital looking out the window to where Kaoru used to look at Kouji a few years back. Suddenly while they are talking, and Kouji is playing the guitar, Kaoru goes into a coughing fit.
