Inukami - 24
Kaoru’s secret revealed. 
So it turns out that Kaoru met with a ghost of a magician when he was younger. He seemed like a nice guy and would often spread love and peace and help save lives of people in the village. He taught Kaoru stuff like piano and magic, and even raised him. Then one day he told Kaoru a story that he met this guy who everyone hated and basically helped him become good. However, once the guy’s life was happy, he tricked him into shooting his wife, and having a bear eat his baby.
In otherwords, the guy’s actually an evil magician and he “thrives” on making people miserable. He then showed Kaoru that frozen block of ice that was his body and explained to him that it was his real body while he is just something the magician created. He wanted Kaoru to be hurt and upset to feed this guy’s powers, but Kaoru said he wouldn’t be upset and instead live his life best he can in this “fake” body of his. Unfortunately, the magician crumbled because he had no more “misery” to live on, and no one else can break the curse except for him. This is the reason that Kaoru joined forces with Sekidousai, in hopes of returning himself to his normal body.
They also don’t have much time left as Kaoru’s “created” body is starting to wear out, and he showed a transparent hand. Kaoru then said that he didn’t tell anybody before because he thought that if someone found out his secret that he’d be cursed and die. However, after Nadeshiko accidentally found out he realized that was a lie and so that’s why he told the other Inukami. He also said that after battling with Keita, he realized that even if he betrayed everyone and got his body back, he’d lose everything else important to him. He now decided he will fight AGAINST Sekidousai and goes alone. The other Inukami of course follow him and help him fight. Keita also asks Youko to come lend a hand and he ends up (in his baby form) staying with the detective dude.
Finally the only one who didn’t go fight alongside of Keita was Nadeshiko. She got consumed by jealousy because her “only secret with Kaoru” was revealed and she no longer had anything “special” with him. However, a time came and Kaoru yelled for Nadeshiko to run up to that machine Sekidousai created and make a wish because it would make any wish come true. I assume the wish was to destroy Sekidousai, however what Nadeshiko wished for is basically her “love” with Kaoru. Unfortunately, before she could make it, she heard Kaoru’s voice and snapped out of her fantasy…only to see him get stabbed through the chest by Sekidousai.
Upcoming Attractions: Drops of blood and horrific facial expressions. (Aka somebody’s gonna die.)

Wow…loads of large scale fight scenes here, something we don’t see in inukami every week.
It’s sad that they made Nadeshiko appear to be ‘evil’ since it was her jealousy that indirectly resulted in his death (he looks kinda dead already at the last scene).
And that is how Keita inherited the harem.
ROFLMAO well considering that the “body” wasn’t Kaoru’s real body…maybe they’ll figure out a way to resurrect his “frozen” one but he’ll prolly have memory loss and his harem will be like WELL REMIND YOU KAORU-SAMA~~~orsome crap and Keita will only get Youko
I guess they could do that (ie resurrect Kaoru) with the ‘wish’ machine. And I doubt Keita would want to inherit the inukami harem. *cough*puppybabies*cough*
The last scene really reminded me of Fushigi Yuugi (except for the fact that the good guy got ‘hand stabbed’). And granny did something that resembled a naruto style jitsu before she fell to Sekidousai.
