Without more info from the game, like the TIPS and the death lists at the end of some arcs, we can only grasp the situations with our own assumptions which can be wrong. But for the most part, the anime is fairly consistent with the events that occur in the game. Personally, I think they should have just made 4 arcs instead of 6 for the season. I'm sure it would have been popular enough to warrant another season. Oh well. Rina has that red star on her body (close to her gential region), the same red star that's found on the dead Satoshi.
