It's acually a really great manga, but the anime really sucks. They even have these fashion cards that you can play with with pictures of Kirari and cute clothes. I mean, the pictures and all are great, but I think the author is trying to aim at 3rd to 5th graders. You really should read the manga rather than the anime.
