It looks just like a porn scene after all :P If I can remember, it was an early chapter: after both Yamazaki and Sato are discussing about how love is just crap and lies: "In Japan there have only been arranged marriages and night assaults" (with a flashback about how Miyasaki's romantic life is VERY screwed up), Yamazaki tells Satou to take out all his frustration against Mizaki imagining a a rape scene.
