Harima stays at the Tsukamotos! According to various other blogs, this stuff is actually in the manga, which is why I guess I find it quite intriguing! (More so than the usual sillyness but hey we all need a bit of that anyway.) So it seems that Harima’s manga did well in the “Shounen Jump” like magazine and everyone including Tenma liked it. Harima gets a call and they ask if he could do this weekly for them and so when he goes to the studio with Yakumo (as his assistant) he meets the producer which is a giant man that crushes walls because he takes up half the room when he enters.

Yakumo seems to win the producer’s trust (even though he growls at everyone else) and so he tells Harima to have 120 pages done by next week. Harima is in panick and says he’ll have to skip school and work 24/7. On his way home with Yakumo he gets a note from Itoko saying that she’s on vacation but she locked the house so he can’t get in. Yakumo feels bad so she takes him to her house, only to shock the hell out of Tenma.

Harima wakes up the next morning thinking it was a dream until he’s called for breakfast and he realizes he’s at the Tsukamotos. They give him a room to work on his manga in but he’s just stumped. He keeps drawing but nothing comes out right. Yakumo offers to help by posing for him so he has a reference to look at. She feels and constantly tells herself that she wants to be of some help to him. When it gets late and Tenma is hungry Yakumo goes to the grocery store to get food to make dinner. In the meantime, Tenma and Harima are talking and when Yakumo comes back she notices Harima looking all happy and gets a bit jealous that Tenma can lift his spirits just by talking to him while she can’t do anything close to that.

Later when Yakumo is out, Tenma disguises herself as Yakumo and goes to where Harima is to test whether he is a “good enough guy” for Yakumo. She emails all her friends and asks them “what are the characteristics of a good man.” She does various tests on him such as can he eat bad cooking, does he have money, and whether he is kind. In the end he passes them all (in a goofy manner) and Tenma approves. (Although the whole time Harima knew it was Tenma and thought that she was testing him because she was jealous of Yakumo :lol:) In the end, she tells him “Now you’re good enough for Yakumo!” which pretty much blows him away into disappointment, literally.

At night he tries to sneak into Tenma’s room to tell her his feelings because he doesn’t want this misunderstanding to go on forever, but when he goes in he just finds Yakumo’s cat and then they do this parody of the Grudge (?) again with Tenma crawling like a monster along the walls. Yakumo in the meantime, has fallen asleep at the kotatsu in the living room.
