Kirarin Revolution - 15
Well what can I say? The plot was as predictable as my grocery shopping trip 2 hours ago.
For those watching, (and not watching) you probably guessed that Kirari is still determined to quit being an idol and she stops going to her lessons. She tries to tell her point of view to Seiji and Hiroto but they explain to her that they’re disappointed (Hiroto) and that you can be competitive and still have fun (Seiji).
Kirari’s manager shows her how all the other staff are working hard to make sure her single gets up there and then while on her way home it happens to be the day of her drama’s premiere and everyone around her watching is awwed and thinks its so wonderful. Even Seiji makes Hiroto watch it and cracks a joke causing him to blush. In the end on the Music Station wannabe show, Ships win but Kirari just sees it as something to “strive” for.
One of my earlier Kirarin entries someone commented and suggested Seiji is like gay and in love with Hiroto. I thought that was silly, but now I’m starting to have second thoughts. I was kinda cheering for Seiji x Kirari at first, but the anime is pushing her towards Hiroto so I have a feeling that’s who she might end up with. Seiji feels like her “father” giving her good advice while Hiroto’s always angsty and bitchy but deep down inside it’s obvious he wants her
Upcoming Attractions: Some sort of Morning Musume parody. Well that’s no shocker, the main seiyuu is from that group. o_o;
