I’m really close to dropping this series. I thought REC was cool and the seiyuu thing is interesting but I’m put into this spinning laundry machine cycle in desperate hopes that there will be some LOVE in LOVEgetchu.

In an audition for a role of some “unknown” upcoming anime character in a popular anime Momoko decides to starve herself by using her last amount of money to rent like the entire series to “get a grasp” of the show (that apparently she had no idea about. And she calls herself a seiyuu??)

She asks Atari for help. Wow these 3-4 minutes were the best part of the whole episode really.

She gets the part …..BUT then the director calls and says unless he gets that blonde chick to voice the character he’ll cancel the show or some other bullcrap Japan corporation nonsense, so in the middle of Momoko’s celebration party…it turns into a pity party. Is she ever gonna get anywhere? This show should be called “JOBGetchu” or “SEIYUUSHIGOTODEKINAIcchu” or something.
